I honestly enjoyed this quite a bit. It feels like a throwback to the 2000s with this kind of fanservice. It knows exactly what it’s going for and it delivers.

It also has the brilliant idea of realizing that no one likes the self-insert male character, so they have him transform into a girl so he can add to the fanservice while still being a straight male self-insert character. Brilliant.

Major drawback is it got delayed so much I forgot all about it until recently…
