The Game Awards took place last night (December 11) to celebrate the best in video games – and it was a big evening for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Last month, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 became the most-nominated title in The Game Awards history with 12 nods. The turn-based role-playing game ended up walking away with nine trophies last night including Game Of The Year, Best Soundtrack and Best Narrative.
The haul ended up breaking a record set by The Last Of Us Part Two which was nominated for nine trophies at The Game Awards 2020 and ended up winning seven. To celebrate, a new expansion for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was released for free which added new outfits, music, dungeons and enemies to the hit game. Check out the patch notes here.
