Now KEEN has taken everything fans love about the Targhee hiker and reimagined it with lighter materials and Consciously Created design choices.

Targhee Apex takes Targhee comfort into the fast and light hiking space, making it more athletic and versatile for everyday life outside. The midsole is made with ultralight, energy-regenerating foam that works in harmony with a lightweight stability shank for responsive rebound and improved underfoot comfort.
To lighten up the outsole, KEEN strategically reduced rubber to minimize material waste and keep the shoe lightweight, while ensuring high-abrasion zones are reinforced for durability. This thoughtful design maintains traction and performance where it matters most, without compromising on long-lasting reliability.
The Targhee Apex launches in February 2026, in men’s and women’s sizing priced at £150 for the mid WP and £140 for the WP low at keenfootwear.co.uk and at select retailers.
