“Falling Through” is a moving new single from Northamptonshire-based artist Deekie, whose Afrobeats sound succeeds in both sincere emotion and bustling, dynamic tonal expanses. Blending tender guitar tones with hypnotic, soulful production, the track explores the disorienting aftermath of heartbreak. Deekie’s vulnerable vocals plead for grace amidst psychedelic textures, culminating in a hauntingly atmospheric finale.

A hypnotic, thumping envelopment takes hold right away, setting playful rhythmic activity with tender, subdued guitar tones.
