Mysterious, intriguing and the sort of ambience you’d set aside for dawn at the start of the long mountain forest walk. Funny then that Canada’s Mondoshewan quickly transport us to the sweaty underground indie dive and all the possibilities that go with witnessing a band operating at full throttle. They remind me of a cross of Bis and We’re From Barcelona. They are several measures crazy in other words but I love them for it and this song sounds refreshing and bonkers at the same time. KH
