The dates will see the Grammy-nominated Australian singer-songwriter embark on some new shows across the rest of the year in celebration of her recently released, critically acclaimed fourth studio album, ‘Creature Of Habit’.

The record is out now via Fiction records, and the new shows will take place following her recent appearance at Manchester’s BBC Radio 6 Music Festival last month, as well as a series of intimate regional dates across the UK over the past week.

European dates kick off on October 5 with an opening night in Berlin, and continue throughout the month with other stops in Cologne, Utrecht, Paris and more.

From there, Barnett rounds off the month with six UK shows planned, starting at the Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow, and continuing with stops in Gateshead, Nottingham, Manchester, Bristol and London over the following week.

Before those shows kick off, the singer has an extensive run of US headline shows planned across May and August, which see her joined by special guests Momma, Truman Sinclair, Built To Spill, and Zoh Amba. After the UK shows, Barnett will close out 2026 with three Australian shows.

‘Creature Of Habit’ was written after the singer-songwriter relocated from her native Australia to Los Angeles and saw her long-running label Milk! Records close, bringing the confusion that the upheaval invited into the recording process.

It was also her first studio album in almost five years, following 2021’s ‘Things Take Time, Take Time’, though she released the instrumental album ‘End Of The Day’ in 2023. The album was built from 17 meditative improvisational tracks and originally recorded as a score for the documentary Anonymous Club – a portrait of Barnett by director Danny Cohen.
