Some friendships stop being friendships without formal confirmation. Daimy Lotus felt that shift happening in real time, stayed longer than she should have, and wrote PUNCHING BAG once she finally stepped back. Drawing that line wasn’t easy for Daimy, a self-described people pleaser. But it became necessary. I love the production here, which moves between wavy and gritty textures.
